To learn more about condo conversion and new construction subdivision legal services offered by Sirkin & Associates, visit Our Services. 2011 San Francisco Condo Conversion Lottery Odds Based on the results of the 2010 lottery, it now appears the 7th-year entrants will again be the "senior class" in 2011. However, unlike in 2010, not all 7th-year entrants will win in 2011. Our projection is that there will be approximately 54 7th-year buildings, of which approximately 28 will win in the seniority-based Pool A drawing. Losers from this group will also participate in the general Pool B drawing. We project the overall odds for the 7th-years to be about 55%. All other entrants will have overall odds of less than 2%. For more information on how the condo lottery works, check elsewhere on this site or call our office.
